O3CPU fixes.
src/cpu/o3/lsq_unit.hh:
LSQ needs to decrement the WB counter if the load is going to be replayed.
src/cpu/o3/lsq_unit_impl.hh:
LSQ needs to decrement the WB counter if the load is squashed.
