src/cpu/memtest/memtest.cc:
    Fix functional return path
src/cpu/memtest/memtest.hh:
    Add snoop ranges in
src/mem/cache/base_cache.cc:
    Properly signal NACKED
src/mem/cache/cache_impl.hh:
    Catch nacked packet and panic for now
