More restructuring of regression tests.
Moving work back to zizzer... configs/common/FSConfig.py: configs/test/fs.py: Move CPU connections out of makeLinuxAlphaSystem() src/python/m5/objects/BaseCPU.py: Create default TLBs in full system.
