Nothing is using it, and it's actually not use*able* at the moment
because it doesn't have implementations for all the pure virtual
methods that exist in the BaseTLB class.

This patch is changing the underlying type for RequestPtr from Request*
to shared_ptr<Request>. Having memory requests being managed by smart
pointers will simplify the code; it will also prevent memory leakage and
dangling pointers.

live in the arch directory to signify that.
