2018-01-10	style: change C/C++ source permissions to noexec	BKP
	Several files in the repository were tracked with execute permissions even though the files are just normal C/C++ files (and the one .isa). 2007-08-01	MIPS: Cleaned up includes to break loops, and got rid of isa_traits.cc	Gabe Black
	Loops of header files including each other was causing compilation to fail.
