New class files directory, delete old locations
As decided recently in an OpenSource-Approval discussion, we want the directory structure for GPU classes to have the following structure: classes/<category>/<files> This CL does that. It moves these directories: Compute-Class-Methods/* Display-Class-Methods/* to: classes/compute/ classes/display/ Regenerate index.html files to match (important for the "github pages" site, at https://nvidia.github.io/open-gpu-doc/ .
