Do bilinear interpolation for "huge" images.chromium/3596
Simply downsampling produces really poor renderings. Use bilinear interpolation to make the rendering look better at the cost of being a bit slower. Roll DEPS for testing/corpus/ to 5a68e878 to pick up the updated test expectations from this CL.
