2018-08-14Remove CFX_BufferSeekableReadStream.Lei Zhang
Replace it with CFX_ReadOnlyMemoryStream, which does the same thing. Take some checks from CFX_BufferSeekableReadStream and add them CFX_ReadOnlyMemoryStream.
